Buyers Policy

1. Account Types
Retail Customers: Individual buyers can purchase single units at retail pricing. Dealers: Registered workshops, retailers, and businesses get access to bulk dealer pricing with minimum order quantities.
2. Placing Orders
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Orders are placed directly with vendors. Each vendor may have different lead times, shipping methods, and terms.
3. Dealer Registration
To access dealer pricing, register your business at the dealer registration page. Provide your business name, type, and optional GST number. Dealer accounts are activated instantly.
4. Request for Quotation (RFQ)
For large or custom orders, use the "Request Quote" feature on any product page. Vendors respond with custom pricing, lead time, and validity period within 24-48 hours.
5. Payment
Currently accepted: Bank Transfer and Pay on Delivery for B2B orders. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Order Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, first contact the vendor through the order detail page. If unresolved within 48 hours, contact our support team for mediation.
7. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate shipping information, verify product compatibility before ordering, and comply with minimum order requirements for dealer-priced items.
