1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EVMarket Parts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Marketplace Role
EVMarket Parts is a marketplace platform connecting buyers with vendors. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship products ourselves. Transactions are between buyers and vendors directly.
4. Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings including descriptions, pricing, images, compatibility information, and stock availability.
5. Payments
Currently accepted payment methods include bank transfer and pay on delivery for B2B orders. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). GST is applied as per applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform including logos, text, and design is the property of EVMarket Parts or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
EVMarket Parts is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, product defects, delivery delays, or vendor disputes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
