Seller Policy

1. Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must be legitimate businesses — manufacturers, distributors, or authorised resellers of EV parts and components. All vendor applications are manually reviewed by our team within 24-48 hours.
2. Product Listings
Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and vehicle compatibility data. Misleading listings will result in suspension.
3. Pricing
Set retail prices (required) and optional dealer prices for bulk buyers. Prices must be in Indian Rupees. Vendors must honour listed prices for placed orders.
4. Order Fulfilment
Vendors must confirm or reject orders within 24 hours. Confirmed orders must be shipped within the stated lead time. Provide tracking information when shipping.
5. Returns & Refunds
Vendors must define and honour their return policy. Defective products must be accepted for return within 15 days. Refunds should be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Brand Authorisations
Vendors claiming OEM authorisation or brand partnerships must provide valid documentation. Unverified claims will be removed and may result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited Items
Counterfeit products, stolen goods, products without proper certifications (where required), and items that violate Indian law are strictly prohibited.
8. Account Suspension
EVMarket Parts reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, repeated complaints, or fraudulent activity without prior notice.
