Return Policy

1. Vendor-Specific Policies

Return and refund policies are set by individual vendors. Please check the vendor's profile page for their specific return terms before placing an order.

2. Eligibility

Returns are generally accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in original packaging. Defective or damaged items may be returned within 15 days with photographic evidence.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-manufactured parts, opened electrical components (batteries, controllers, BMS boards), and items marked "non-returnable" on the product listing cannot be returned.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact the vendor directly through the order detail page. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged. The vendor will respond within 48 hours.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed by the vendor within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. In such cases, the vendor covers return shipping.

7. Disputes

If you are unable to resolve a return with the vendor, contact our support team at support@evmarketparts.com and we will mediate the dispute.
